CAFM Computer Aided Facilities Management - To deliver a robust planned preventative and reactive maintenance regime and to create work history of all works undertaken, we utilise an industry leading web based software package. We see this as a key to ensuring your centre remains a clean and safe place to shop, eat and work.

PDA Technology - To increase ‘wrench time’ of the technicians on site and also to ensure that the maintenance records report in real time, each team will use a PDA to create new and complete defect reports out on site. This will allow the management team to view on a single platform the current maintenance status of all assets on site.

Thermal Imaging Surveys - The use of thermography has revolutionised predictive maintenance inspection programs within retail environments where minimising downtime is critical . A thermal imaging camera is a reliable non contact instrument which is able to scan and visualize the temperature distribution of entire surfaces of machinery and electrical equipment quickly and accurately. Thermography programs have contributed to substantial cost savings for our customers around the world.
