Control Group clearly understands the shopping centre and retail service environment and recognises the need to deliver a service offering for landlords, agents and retailers that can add significant value to their enterprise. This culminated recently in being awarded many of the brand new centres which requires a breadth of skill and experience to develop an entire new service team in an untested environment.
Control Group has responsibility for over 100 shopping centres across a diverse geographical spread including clients such as Simon Group. Control's experience of managing service charge budgets and identifying additional revenue streams for their customers provides Origin with a unique insight into these process.
